Methodology 

In August 2024, Aon surveyed 9,202 people aged 18-64, employed at organizations with more than 500 employees, to share their thoughts on what workplace initiatives are valuable to them. The survey spanned 23 locations across the world, including: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Philippines, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, UAE, UK and the U.S. The survey results and subsequent analysis form the basis of our Human Capital Employee Sentiment Study.
