This is a tremendous achievement and congratulations to everyone involved.
The Corporate Adviser Awards recognise excellence among advisers and providers in the workplace pensions and benefits sector. Aon has now won Firm of the Year seven times in the past 10 years.
The judges said that they had pondered long and hard in deciding this year’s winning firm but that Aon was the winner due to having a broad range of competencies including data-driven insights, a host of different advisory services and cutting-edge tech solutions.

The Employee Benefits Awards celebrate the outstanding accomplishments of the HR, reward and benefits community.
Here’s why our clients won.
Best benefits communications – large employer: Mizuho
The judges said that this entry demonstrated brilliantly clear communications, which were well executed and delivered fantastic results.
Stephen Hayes from Mizuho is presented with the award
Best use of benefits technology: South Pole
This organisation was praised for its innovation in leveraging emerging technology and non-traditional employee engagement techniques in a way that the judges had not seen before.
This means that we can now refer to Aon’s neurotech employee listening tool, Reflection, as ‘award-winning’.

Best flexible benefits plan: Leonardo
This entry was a great example of how to align a people strategy with the delivery of a comprehensive range of benefits. It offered something for every generation, with a very wide range of communication methods in order to reach and engage all employees.
